1. The ticket holder is bound by these terms and conditions upon issuance, use, or attempted use of the ticket.
2. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions, as well as any additional regulations or restrictions imposed by the organizer before or during the event.
3. Once purchased, the ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It may not be resold or transferred to a third party for profit by any entity other than the organizer. Any unauthorized resale or transfer of the ticket will render it void, and the holder may be denied entry or removed from the event. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket that is advertised for resale for commercial gain.
4. The ticket holder may be required to present a valid national identification card for age verification. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement, fail to provide valid identification, or are deemed, at the organizer’s sole discretion, a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, the organizer is not liable for any ticket refunds.
5. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to verify the event date, time, location, and age restrictions. Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive at the venue on time. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals, and no refunds or compensation of any kind will be issued in such cases.
6. All ticket holders must comply with applicable health and safety regulations and adhere to the venue’s policies as communicated by the organizer or on-site security personnel.
7. Ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to security screening upon entry. Prohibited or hazardous items will be confiscated. Any items deemed unsafe or potentially disruptive to the event or venue by the organizer or security personnel will also be removed.
8. Professional photography and video recording equipment are strictly prohibited inside the event venue.
9. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, at its sole discretion.
10. By attending the event, the ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and acknowledges that such media may be published online or used for promotional purposes.
11. The organizer assumes no responsibility for personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal belongings resulting from or related to the event.
12. Once the ticket holder has entered the event, re-entry may be denied at the organizer’s discretion.
13. In the event of event cancellation due to legal, security, or other reasons, ticket costs will be refunded to customers within 14 business days from the date of cancellation, in accordance with the original payment method.
14. In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government orders, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event without liability. Refund policies in such cases will be determined accordingly.
15. Only digital tickets issued by the organizer or through authorized ticketing platforms will be accepted. Counterfeit or altered tickets will be deemed invalid, and holders of such tickets may be denied entry.
16. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with updates published on official communication channels. Continued use or attempted use of the ticket after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
